Learn general indoor plant care through the creation of Kokedama.
Kokedama is a Japanese bonsai form in which a plant is bound and rooted within a moss ball. A finished Kokedama can be suspended from the ceiling or placed in a dish and should live happily for years, with proper care. In this workshop, we will give you the tools you need to create your own tropical Kokedama, as well as explore what is means to bring the natural world indoors. We’ll talk about watering (and watering myths), light requirements, propagation techniques, and boture. All skill levels and knowledge levels are more than welcome.
